God is On The Move: Issue No. 18
Psalm 84:5
âBlessed are those whose strength is in You, in whose heart are the highways to Zion.â
MISSIONARY UPDATES.
We are excited to share with you the incredible ways God has been moving in our lives and ministry over the past few months. Your prayers and support have been instrumental in making these experiences possible, and we are grateful for each of you.
April Adventures
In April, Brandon had the privilege of joining his colleague at the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops Conference. There, he spoke briefly to a room full of Bishops about the Bridge program at Wycliffe. This event also presented an amazing opportunity to partner with a Language Project in Africa, which, praise God, was fully funded by the end of the week!
Within his role as Wycliffe Mobilizer, Brandon traveled to Boston to visit Gordon College and met with students interested in becoming missionaries. It was such a joy to pour into the next generation of missionaries, sharing our passion and experiences with them. Additionally, we were honored to be invited to one of our partner churches for their Mission's Week. It was a beautiful celebration of missionaries from all over the world, and we are deeply grateful for our partnership with such a supportive church community.

April was also filled with numerous meetings as we navigated many changes within the organization. We focused on strengthening our teams and brainstorming new and exciting ways to serve the local church and inspire them to reach Bibleless people around the world.
Catherine has taken on the significant role of hosting and organizing webinars for Wycliffe, doing an outstanding job. These webinars are free, and we encourage you to participate in topics of your interest!
May Moments
In May, we traveled to Charleston, SC, to speak at a church about the various ways people can volunteer with Wycliffe remotely, using their God-given skills and talents. The church's heart for missions was evident, and it was a blessing to share and fellowship with them.
Later in May, Brandon attended a team meeting in Florida where they gathered to pray and seek God for the next steps in better serving our church partners across America. We were also introduced to new tools and resources that will enhance our ability to share what God is doing in the ministry of Bible translation.
June Journeys
Earlier this month, Brandon traveled to Denver, CO for a missions conference that was transformational. The conference's focus was on teaching us how to work together as missions agencies rather than competing. It was so affirming to know that many of the practices they encouraged us to incorporate into our daily work were things we had already been doing and praying to grow deeper in, letting us know we were on the right track.
After the conference, Catherine flew into Denver and we spent some time with our partners who live in Colorado. It was such a blessing and a time of refreshment, as we realized it had been so long since we had some time alone.
(More on that in the Family Update).
As we reflect on these past months, we are filled with gratitude and anticipation for what lies ahead. Thank you for being a vital part of this journey. Your prayers, encouragement, and support mean the world to us. NONE of this would be possible without your continued prayer and financial partnership! đ„č Thank you!
FAMILY UPDATES.
The past few months have been a whirlwind of hard work, but we've also made sure to carve out time for rest and funâboth as a family and just the two of us. đ
This video is a recap of our adventures, featuring festivals, a family vacation, and a special trip to visit our partners in Denver, CO, after a missions conference (see the missions update for more on that).
Surprisingly, our trip to visit our partners turned into a mini-getaway without the kids, thanks to their overwhelming generosity! Weâre truly grateful for these wonderful moments. Enjoy the video!
WYCLIFFE UPDATES.
Serge Razafinjatoniary talks about the impact that Bible translation work has had on the Tsimihety community in Madagascar. After local churches in the area received drafts of the Bible and dispersed them into the community for testing, something incredible and unexpected happened: 17 new churches were formed!
REPEATâŠwith just a DRAFT of the Bible! Imagine the impact once the full Bible is complete! Click here or the picture above to hear more!
Scripture Dedications đ
Please join us in praising God for the Scripture dedication that took place in March, April and May:
AchĂ Bible in Guatemala on March 22-23 (not pictured).
Matsés New Testament (revised) for Brazil and Peru on April 14 (pictured first).
Niellim New Testament in Chad on May 25 (pictured second).

Pray that the Scriptures will be used and result in transformed lives!
